This point is available either from the Wehrspann when the creek is high and portaging up the damn, or by parking up at the damn and getting on at the lake above the damn.

There is a small island where the creek opens into a lake. I would image that this island would be submerged at mildly higher water levels.

Note: Water quality is fairly bad here. It may have been due to run off from the near by fields. One hopes.
